How does the FLS Rating work?
Today’s buyers and sellers like to do their research before choosing an agent.
Your FLS Rating helps potential clients recognize your professionalism and activity level at a glance.

Here’s how it works:
– You earn 1 point for every new Active listing you add.
– You earn 2 points for every Sold listing.
– The more points you collect, the higher your FLS Rank becomes.

Your first listings will be reviewed by our team — during this time, your status is Newcomer.
Once you’ve successfully added 10 listings, your status changes to Publisher, and you’ll be able to post freely (except in states where a license check is required).
